Award-winning cookbook author Tyler Florence brings his new one-of-a-kind, live-fire competition to Napa Valley at Cookbook Fest 2024!

This closing party will feature all-you-can-eat barbecue from Tyler's Miller & Lux as well as from local pitmasters, who will compete head-to-head to earn the coveted local title of "Master of Fire" and a

chance to compete in a national finals. Cast your ballot for your favorite barbecue alongside celebrity judges including Martin Yan.

Tickets include unlimited food tastings, premiere spirits, craft brews, Napa Valley wines, access to chef grilling demonstrations, and a copy of Tyler's latest cookbook, American Grill.

DISTRICT ONE LAS VEGAS POPUP

We’ve teamed up with District One Las Vegas and Chef Partner Tu David Phu for an Asian BBQ popup. We’ll be collaborating with District One to add some smoked BBQ love to their menu. We’ll be cooking on the Lang with Post Oak and Cherry wood from B&B Charcoal.

We’ve come up with a few items that will compliment their already amazing menu.

More about the Chef:

Tu David Phu is the Chef and Partner at District One in Las Vegas, a San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star Chef, two-time TEDx speaker, Top Chef alumnus, acclaimed cookbook author, and storyteller. Originating from Oakland, his journey from nurturing his mother's apartment garden to renowned restaurant kitchens culminated in 'Bloodline,' a PBS film honored with an Emmy nomination.

Each event brings vibrant demonstrations of unusual dishes, to set up a sensational atmosphere for a next-level experience you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. This one-of-a-kind experience is inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean. Each pop-up event brings a team of 20 chefs, each showcasing their interpretation of Medi-American cuisine cooked over a live fire.
